STORE IN LOG STORE FOR 8-12 WEEKS...

Our semi-seasoned logs are supplied partially seasoned, which means some logs may still be above the Ready to Burn moisture level of 20% when delivered.

Simply store them in a well-ventilated log store, with good airflow and protection from rain, and they should continue drying naturally until they are Ready to Burn (under 20% moisture) within approximately 8–12 weeks from delivery.

Our premium quality Semi-Seasoned (Part-Seasoned) Larch logs (often known as “Stovewood”) are an excellent, economical choice for anyone looking for reliable, great-value firewood that still packs a punch.

Larch is the densest softwood available in the UK that produces a bright, lively flame that quickly warms a room.  It is ideal for enclosed log burners & has a burn time exceeding some hardwoods.

Larch provides a hotter & longer-lasting burn than pine or spruce. It also leaves minimal ash and burns cleanly . Many of our customers mix Larch with hardwood for a balanced, efficient fire using Larch to get the fire roaring and hardwood to sustain it.

PLEASE NOTE – LARCH IS SUITABLE FOR ENCLOSED STOVES AND LOG BURNERS ONLY
