A customer gave us a very good piece of information this week that we would like to share with you, it is a new service that will help improve some of our deliveries greatly, especially in rural areas where postcodes are not accurate or precise.

If you haven’t heard of this service yet, follow this link to view the website;  what three words. This is a great new website that can allow you to identify a location down to a 10m by 10m square. You could even show us your garage or your driveway and will certainly help us find rural addresses.

Have a look at this and see if you can find your property and see what the three words are for your delivery spot.

Then when you’re next ordering from us you can add these in the “Order Notes” box at the bottom of the Checkout page.

We will then communicate them to the courier and they can navigate straight to you.

I don’t think I can state strongly enough how much of a game changer this will be.
